Hi Cysters…

30yo F, PCOS dx 2021. Symptoms are largely inflammatory, oily skin causing cystic acne breakouts on chin and jawline, hair growth and lots of fatigue even if I’ve had a good nights sleep. Endo recommended metformin/spironolactone and myoinositol. Didn’t go for the metformin as side effect was weight loss and I am already on the lower end of a normal BMI. Have been holding the spiro as just out of an IVF cycle for egg freezing and may potentially need to do a second. I have been using FreeSouls Ultra myoinositol (4 tables per day, 2 am, 2pm but recently heard that a powdered version is better so was thinking of trying the Proceive sachet. Has anyone any other good brands or opinions on this?
