Ive been into music for years i started tinkering with sounds and instruments at 14 and over time self educated myself everything i know

Progress wise I started out as "dj cammy" type stuff pitch tempo and mixing 2 songs together over time I educated myself pn everything.....what phaser flanger effects are and how to use them...BPM and different styles of music and I would study live music and vocals and how songs and sounds are constructed and made and would often recreate sounds i liked

I have ADHD and possibly autism and music is somthing i have never gave up on and my hearing is super sonic i can almost in my imagination hear every instrument individually this ability to focus only on one sound and able to recreate drums bass piano synths etc just from listening

Over time I started creating long dj sets I would dj mostly online on radios etc and somtimes parties in real life and my music became very clubby very trancy and id make these dj sets like you'd hear at a festival back to back and each track mixed together with a smooth cross over

Well now to my issue

About 3 years ago I started a new little project one of my dj sets....back to back music including 80s 90s 00s up to music of today the idea being using only master recordings and stems tracks where I have the bass drum synth vocals backing vocals etc all on separate tracks after accumulating enough songs I heard Janice Robinson from living joy and n trance live and loved it so the idea was completed.....one of my sets but have it sounding like its live with the master tracks I can remix and edit and use everything I ever learned

So 3 years ago the first tracks was made and I finished about 4 months ago it turned out great but a little over 2 hours every track remixed at around 135 -142BPM songs such as N Trance - set you free with i need a hero....lady a - need you now Tove Lo habits mixed with Fugees ready or not and Kesha Animal and Gigi Angostino I'll fly with you

So it comes in 3 formats 1 the full thing 2 the full thing without vocals (more for me so I can listen back and spot errors) and 3 each track individually

From about 30 tracks only 5 or so kept being taken down due to copy rights

90% of the mix isnt genuine songs its recreated by myself or i purchased the cover versions that come in split track format and almost every song is remixed

So how would copy rights work here? So I took someone else song and changed it so does that mean original owners own my remix or do I own my own remixes?

Should I pursue permissions from record labels how successful would I be and do i need a creative licence?

I don't intend making money nor do I intend to perform any of the songs live its simply as a hobby and a project with no real intentions
