Kraton 8s wheel and tire frustration !!
I guess there's not really a gold standard in finding a wheel and tire set up. I was thinking about going with proline badlands PRO10131-13, but apparently you have to drill them out and it doesn't leave you much room for the Wheel nut and this has a potential for cracking the rim. OK so screw that. Jconcepts magma. What a great looking Tire and Wheel combination. However they're not belted? And sadly aren't readily available anywhere in Canada that I can see. If they're not belted then I don't want them. Currently have a set of power Hobby scorpion however bought this truck used and I've had the glue the beads down with no luck of them staying glued. Honestly the Vitavon pricing is insane. However might have to bite the bullet on them. 285 American for a set of four wheels... no tires. Like I'm gonna be into nearly 500 Canadian here.
Seriously what other options do I have for this piece of shit truck?
