Kind of a weird post but im sort of at the end of my rope, for 3ish years ive had a weird air bubble in my chest i can sort if burp on command and have difficulties sleeling on my left side. Doctors havent been very helpful, they think its some kind of gerd but the treatments dont seem to remove the gas just the acidity.

I cut out meat, coffee, wine, lactose tomatoes, lost 50 lbs (now 6'1 195) But still the burbs have stayed with me

This weekend i decided to just try quitting caffine, the one thing i never tried cutting out. Withdrawl symtoms have been rough, but my insides feel better than they have in years

Has anyone else experieced weird gas/burps that went away when you wnt decaf?
