I want to take Animal Behaviour 2 in the fall and under pre recs it says that i need written consent of the department head. I’m just finished my first year and I’ve taken Psych 1200, i’m just curious as to who the department head would be and how i would get their consent to take the class? Any help is greatly appreciated!

For reference i’m interested in a job revolving around k9/service animal training or rehabilitation of aggressive animals. Any other info regarding what classes and/or certificates i’d need would also be helpful!
