I had an appointment today with my PCP. She knows I'm on zep but it's being managed by my sleep apnea doctor. She showed me the photo on her computer and said it doesn't even look like me anymore (I agree it didn't)! Then when I was checking out with the receptionist, she said she was taking a new photo since the one on file looked nothing like me! It was just a little thing, but it made my day!

This morning I weighed in for the third morning in a row under 200! I didn't post right away because it didn't feel real! I am so happy!
For some stats, I'm 18 weeks in (started 12/20/25) and have been on 2.5 the whole time. I've lost about 19% of my starting body weight (245) which is just under 50 pounds for me. On average I've been loosing about 1% of my original body weight per week, which is why I've stuck to 2.5 so far.
I've been eating great, but still indulging in some of my favorite "bad" foods. It's amazing to me that I can have a little and be satisfied now! I've also been super consistent with exercise, mostly cardio/walking. I'm starting to add some more light weight training, which is where I plan to move some of my exercise focus now.
I'm about 10 pounds from an 'overweight' BMI, which is the next milestone I'm looking forward to! But today I'm not thinking about that, just enjoying the accomplishment!
