Hello, lovelies! I’m 36 (F) AMH 2.0 and I’ve done 5 back to back egg retrievals so far resulting in 3 euploid , 2 4bc and 1 5 bb. We wanted two children but we’re happy if we get one. The doctor said given everything so prep for maybe one child. My issue has been being a poor responder , yielding between 4-9 (which is not nothing!) per retrieval but having either 0-1blasts per retrieval. We had agreed to move forward with a FET and do another retrieval if it didn’t work. I had a hysteroscopy to remove a polyp and the endometrial biopsy came back positive for endometritis so antibiotics were included to my FET protocol.
I’ve been waiting for my period to start the FET protocol but I am a week late so they brought me in for blood work and an ultrasound. I have a complex cyst and lining is at 4.8 mm. My follicle count was 10 under 10 mm on each side. It seems like I just ovulated late this cycle. Usually at baseline I have 4-5 on each side! So I’m wondering, should I suggest we do another retrieval in the hope that bc at baseline I’m showing more follicles than my usual I’d be able to get at least one more blast or continue as planned and just wait until my period starts , the cyst resolves and move to FET?
