62 robotics ai or 128 cse?

Need some solid advice for college. Actually I am a dropper but didn't qualify jee mains and ended up with 85.4 percentile. Just for context i am from Delhi and general. I had filled met, srmjeee, ugee, viteee, comedk other than jee. As of now it's 1 day left for ugee, then on 3rd I have viteee and comedk on 9th, but honestly I haven't really studied and so I am not considering anything good coming up from these exams. I am fine with branches like cs, it or ece related. I also don't have a problem leaving my home state. As of now my condition right now these are the options I can get please give some solid advice.

Jiit noida coe,ai ml or ece any

Bvcoe ece

Bpit etc ipu colleges me cs it related braches except usict, mait, msit.

SRM me bhi cs miljaegi main campus me probably

Manipal ke main campus me ece aur Bangalore campus me cse milksti h

As of now I am reading things about each of these colleges, and all I can see are rants about them. 

Fees I can afford 16 lakhs, more than that means loan, which I am fine with although.

I am ready to work hard in college and I want to explore what subject feels good, and I definitely want a good peer group and placements. What is the right thing to do. I am willing to answer any questions if needed.
