Family of 4 with kids arriving PVG Friday evening at 530. Last gaotie not booked out is 815pm. We have special equipments that we'd like to ship via SF express instead of taking with us. Also have a stroller, a diaper bag, backpacks, carry-ons and checkins.

1. what is the best way to get to HQ and catch our train

2. should I do SF express at PVG, to maybe ship some luggage along with the special equipment. Has anyone tried to ship in the airport and is it slow with long lines?

3. thinking of putting one of the backpacks into one of the check ins to free hands. Our checkins have gifts and relatively light.
