Hi everyone.,

I’m moving to California and I’m looking to import my 2023 Hyundai Kona (75000km). I’m moving from Montreal Canada.!

I have all the import documents + compliance letter.

Where I’m stuck is if I’ll actually be able to register it at the DMV.

I have a sticker in my trunk that says the following (see photo) - is this sufficient ? I know I’ll also have to do smog test

Has anyone successfully registered a car similar to mine at the DMV?
