17th-century book covered in gold collected by Louis Georges Montandon in 19th century

I bought this book in an antique shop in Milan and did some research.

It appears to be a political propoganda book written in 17th century and rebind by a famous banker called Louis George Mandanton in 19th century. The red cover and the side covered by gold is an unique French rebind technique adopted by book collector in that era.

What's the worth of this book?
