I am enrolled in TSA touchless through American Airlines, and the logo, etc. are always on my boarding pass. Every time I go up to the touchless checkpoint I look into the camera and am not found in the database. The TSA agent verified that I had the touchless ID logo on my boarding pass and told me that AA needs to address it. AA says everything looks fine on their end. Any suggestions?
