trying to get into lifting and i'm looking to get some more muscle mass without turning into a flabby mess. current weight is around 60kg. How much of a surplus should i eat? any tips besides eating enough protein and training hard? i've lifted in the past but its been a long time since ive gone consistently and i've never really felt like I've made much progress size wise.
