first i got my offer letter

now the bgc is available
but the issue is my name in tcs nextstep portal is ( name + father name )

but in all my original docx its written as (name + initial)

will this cause an issue in joining and then how can i change the name in tcs nextstep portal
i need an help those who as same issue and completed the bgc process and kindly help me what to do next
will i submit the form or else should i change the mistake and submit it
