I have had a stye for coming 2 weeks now. This is my first time experiencing a stye, so when i first saw that my eyelid was swollen I brushed it off as allergy/perhaps it got irritated from rubbing/makeup usage. Only started to properly care for it a week in after doing my research when I realised it was not improving. I did warm compress at least 3x a day for 10min, I went to the GP who gave me antibiotics oilment. Now at almost 2 weeks, the bump is still noticeable. Do I likely need to go for surgery?
