i always wanted to get war braces because i know it will correct my bite force and improve my jaw but my local doctor said i have to extract 4 teeth. I'm scared that if i extract my teeth then i will have sunken face and my wide smile will disappear
im 21 and ive been treating my diet with real food that full of nutrition and im using minimal and natural skincare for 3 years and my face changed but i've wanted to wear braces to straighten my teeth and improve my overbite(jawline and side profile) but the one local doctor said its difficult because i had tilted and sunk third molar inside my gum. he said i had to extract 4 premolar to use braces but im too scared if my face will sunken and and my wide smile disappear. do i need to go to another dental ?
i know i had really poor care of my teeth when i was younger but can i really straighten my teeth and improve overbite and not loosing facial harmony/attractiveness? what can i do ? im loosing hope :(((
