" I'm a PCM student who actually wants to study Humanities."

YES!! I'm a PCM student who actually wants to study Humanities. I was confused after my boards, my parents, relatives, friends, and everyone were telling me to pick an option -PCM [or] PCB. But I liked social studies in my 10th, and I wanted to take humanities, but the problem was that there were no humanities stream schools in my area. So I wanted to take commerce, and I got into NVS, but it was so far from my hometown, so I didn't join, and then I took PCM because everyone said it gives you more paths after 12th.

SO I, PCM in 11th, it wasn't bad. I was a CBSE student, but I switched to the State Board, and the question paper was so predictable. I wrote my 11th boards like 1 month ago, and honestly, it was pretty good. But the problem was that you will be so stressed out bcoz all my friends are gonna write "JEE or NEET". They have a clear guide/path. AS a PCM student, my teacher's parents have some expectations of me to write JEE, but I clearly have no interest, but then I feel like maybe I should keep my options open. Most of my seniors are now in BTECH or MBBS, and I don't wanna take the same path. I want to do something different. But when I watch a video online or an Instagram reel, I feel I am so behind everyone.

But I did some research and got enrolled in NIOS with Humanities. Now I have just completed my 11th, but the problem was with the NIOS centre. It says one centre on the admit card, but when I visited it, there was no centre at that school for years. I called them and went to my centre, and it turned out that very few people take this exam. I received my NIOS study material a week ago. And still, I am not sure what to do after my 12th.

I am planning to take CUET after my 12th.

And I wanted to share, just in case someone else feels the same way

Wish me LUCK
