Does anyone else grow T. bipinnatifidum outdoors in zone 9b? (I'm in Las Vegas)
Specifically curious about those with experience planting them in-ground.
Mine are currently all in 5 gallon pots on our East-facing front porch, which is mostly shaded by three large mesquite trees. They receive minimal morning sun, which makes me worry that they'll lose their GoG variegation from too much shade, but I also don't want them to burn.
We have two mature eucalyptus trees and two mature pine trees, along with the three mesquite. I'm tempted to experiment with planting one of my T. bipinnatifidum at the base of one of the seven mature trees. I just don't know where to begin.
(Pic of a leaf from one of my three green-on-green variegated babies for attention. 🖤)
