I feel like there’s a ton of generic advice everywhere about lowering blood pressure:
cut sodium
exercise more
lose weight
reduce stress
sleep better
drink less coffee/alcohol
But in real life, most people don’t overhaul their entire lifestyle overnight.
So for those of you who successfully lowered your numbers, what was the one change that had the biggest impact?
For me, I was honestly surprised by how much sleep affected my readings. After a bad night of sleep, my numbers were almost always higher the next day.
Curious what worked for other people. Was it diet, weight loss, walking, meds, stress management, or something unexpected?
