Nutrition is the source of building blocks and the fuel to key hormones,
it determines the way you look.
Every single Mauritian "traditional" dish is full of seed oils, devoid of protein, grain-based and imbalanced. Don't believe me? Let's go through some popular meals.
The flatbread is made of yellow lentils, full of oligosaccharides.
Which is known to cause digestive issues and bloating.
Gros poids, which contains phytic acid, which inhibits mineral absorption.
That means less zinc, magnesium, iron, calcium.
Deficiency in zinc causes low testosterone.
Low testosterone -> undeveloped jaw, orbitals, zygomatic bone, maxilla.
See something in common? They're all full of seed oils.
The introduction of this poison(seed oils) to Mauritius has caused more damage than you can realize, its present in every dish, fed to toddlers and elderly alike.
Here's a short list of what they do, please google for studies.
- inhibit androgen receptor binding
- inhibit steroidogenesis
- lower progesterone production
- suppress testosterone production
- reduce insulin sensitivity
- impair bone mineralization
- blunts osteoblast differentiation
- early growth plate closure
- causes greater weight gain than saturated
- accumulation of aldehydes that damage skin
- triggers sebum filled acne
Most Mauritian will use chicken as their preferred meat. Now don't get me wrong, chicken is good here and there, but its a problem when its the ONLY meat you're eating.
It has a bad Phosphate:Calcium ratio and too much tryptophan.
Excess phosphorus is linked to high irritability.
Tryptophan-induced serotonin causes agitation.
Combine that with the shitty sleep schedule, estrogenic beer and lack of glycine, there explains the anger issues and attitude.
