Beware of working with Dylan Brown from ND with a CO cell phone.

I want to share my experience working with Dylan Brown (Acquisition Ecommerce) so others can make an informed decision.

I paid $7,500 for an “Amazon automation” service where they claimed they would build and manage a store for me.

Here’s what actually happened:

• I was told products would be sourced and scaled — that never fully materialized

• I was told they were working on “getting ungated” — that never happened

• They had me set up tools like remote access (AnyDesk) and purchase things like a Sam’s Club membership

• The strategy involved retail sourcing (Walmart, etc.), which I later realized can be risky on Amazon

Then things got worse:

• My Amazon account was deactivated under Section 3

• Amazon cited concerns around account integrity / policy violations

• Funds were withheld

• Appeals went nowhere

After that, communication completely broke down.

At this point:

•	I’m out $7,500

•	My Amazon account is gone

•	And I’m left dealing with the fallout

I have documentation of everything — messages, payments, timelines.

I’m not here to exaggerate anything, just sharing exactly what happened to me.

If you’ve worked with Dylan Brown / Acquisition Ecommerce / Astro Ecommerce — I’d like to hear your experience.

Also, if anyone has successfully recovered from something like this or taken action, I’m open to advice.

BEWARE: My $7,500 Experience with an Amazon Automation Company (Dylan Denny Brown / Acquisition Ecommerce)

🚨 BEWARE: My $7,500 Experience with an Amazon Automation Company (Dylan Denny Brown / Acquisition Ecommerce)

I’m posting this to document my experience and hopefully connect with others who may have gone through something similar.

📌 Who this involves:

•	Dylan Denny Brown

•	Acquisition Ecommerce

•	Also associated with:

•	Astro Ecommerce Automation

•	Astro E-Commerce LLC

💰 What I Paid

I paid $7,500 for a “fully managed Amazon automation store.”

The pitch:

•	They handle everything

•	“Hands-off income”

•	Product sourcing, listings, management

•	Supposed expertise in scaling Amazon stores

⚠️ What Actually Happened

  1. Immediate Red Flags

    • I was instructed to give remote access to my computer using AnyDesk

    • This allowed them direct control over my Amazon Seller account

    • At the time, this was positioned as “normal onboarding”

  1. Questionable Setup Practices

    • I was told to:

    • Open accounts like Sam’s Club for sourcing

    • Use retail arbitrage methods (Walmart, etc.)

    • No real brand building or legitimate wholesale relationships

    • Everything felt like shortcuts instead of a real business

  1. “Ungating” Excuses

    • I was repeatedly told they were “working on getting products ungated”

    • This was used as a delay tactic

    • Nothing meaningful ever happened

  1. Amazon Account Shutdown

My account was eventually DEACTIVATED by Amazon under Section 3 of the Business Solutions Agreement.

Amazon cited:

•	Deceptive / fraudulent activity

•	Identity misrepresentation

•	Policy violations tied to how the account was being run

Final result:

•	Account permanently shut down

•	Funds withheld

•	No viable path to recovery

  1. Aftermath

    • Communication became inconsistent

    • Excuses, delays, deflection

    • Eventually I was blocked on social media

    • No refund

    • No accountability

🧠 Key Takeaways (For Anyone Considering Automation Services)

If you’re thinking about doing one of these Amazon automation programs, read this carefully:

•	🚫 If they ask for remote access to your account/computer → RUN

•	🚫 If they rely on retail arbitrage (Walmart/Sam’s Club) → high risk of suspension

•	🚫 If they promise “hands-off passive income” → unrealistic

•	🚫 If YOU are the account owner, YOU take 100% of the risk (not them)

Amazon doesn’t care who you hired — you are responsible for everything done on your account.

📣 Why I’m Posting This
