Submission website crashed

What do I do? My deadline is today.

Edit 1. 00:55. My deadline was yesterday.

The website is fine until you click onto 'make a claim' or 'return to a claim' at which point it is not fine at all.

What am I meant to do now?

Et1 submission II

Hello.

Thanks for the help with the last questions.

I have a continuing act situation. I notified ACAS and did (unhelpful) conciliation last last year. The Respondents then did more acts in the continuing act.

So I have ACAS certificates from late last year, and I've got a further set of certificates to cover the most recent conduct where I applied only for certificates not conciliation.

Which do I list/ submit as certificates when I submit the ET1?

The first set? The second set? Or both?

Thanks!

Hi all.

I'm going to submit an ET1 and I'm worried about it so have some questions.

On the submission form I am nervous of the type of claim boxes and the bit underneath.

I have a claim for victimisation as a consequence of making a report of sexual harassment (of someone else) under EqA. And detriment from whistleblowing (ERA).

  1. I know this comes under discrimination. Do I also tick the box that says sex? Or just the discrimination box?

  2. What do I put in the box underneath?

I have a PoC but I saw a question about a SOL!

  1. Do I need to submit a SOL when I submit the claim?! I hadn't planned to do that!

Thanks.
