To the ENTIRE random rec community

Let’s just start off by saying , if you’re on the same team , you’re teammates . This shouldn’t have to be a talking point but can we get away from trashing our teammates just cause they miss a couple shots ? If someone is shooting badly in a game , they can make up for it with defense . Basketball is more than just offense .

Can we stop trying to be the hero ? We know you can shoot on the easiest 2k to shoot on , we get that & if you’re on a heater , I don’t mind sitting back and watching the show , BUT if you have teammates open , please pass the ball . It’s not difficult .

Just cause you miss one shot does not mean you have to quit . Multiple times I’ve had guards quit in the first quarter just because they miss a few shots , but I understand why . It’s the pressure of being ridiculed , even if no one is saying anything , you know they’re saying SOMETHING behind the mic . Doesn’t mean you have to quit , just deal with the miss and get ready for the next possession .

LASTLY , can we please stop messaging other people after a win or a loss? Few times I’ve had people message me randomly after a rec game , whether it’s a win or a loss , there is no need for you to message me after a random rec game where we’ll most likely never run into eachother again 😭 please get ahold of yourselves .

What do people normally do after reaching red plate ?

I heard some people make a completely different build and try to reach red plate again . I actually don’t care about the plate but i think it’s pretty cool to reach Hall of Fame. this was a free build I got because I hit the jackpot at a kiosk & I made it specifically for rec .
