Left sided back pain and shoulder drooping for YEARS and I can’t seem to fix it
Can anyone here please help me figure out how to fix this pain I have, it is on my left side, right inside/on the edge of my scapula and has been going on for years. it’s accompanied by a drooping shoulder on my left side as well and I have no idea how to fix it. Lower trap work? Serratus work? Scapular pull ups? Tried it and haven’t seen results but am I missing something?
