GEHC: insider Larry Culp just dropped $5M. Deep value?

GEHC - GE Healthcare Technologies is a name I've been watching and it seems like the insider buys keep flowing in.

One of the buys was for $5 million+ (by Larry Culp, who sits on the Board)

I'm thinking the valuation is what's most attractive here? PE Ratio below 15.

Plus wide moat (high switching costs for hospitals once they’ve integrated GE’s software and imaging hardware)

Some recurring revenue/consumables related to healthcare imaging.

And they're making a plan on AI/digital imaging.

Risks: High debt levels post-spinoff (they were once a part of GE before it was spun off into 3 parts), also competitive pressure from Siemens.

I also noticed hedge funds have been adding GEHC over the past 2 quarters, with no funds selling.

Hedge funds that added over past 2 quarters: (I get this data from Dataroma.com)

  1. Harry Burn - Sound Shore

  2. Bill Nygren - Oakmark Funds

  3. Dodge & Cox Funds

  4. Leon Cooperman

  5. Harry Burn - Sound Shore (again, two consecutive quarters)

  6. Nelson Peltz - Trian Fund Management

  7. First Eagle Investment Management

I'm still deciding whether I want to add GEHC, or ABT which has also seen insider buying and is quite cheap. But GEHC looks interesting
