Help after road opening and spell jar
Guys, I will copy my previous post because I'm really desperate already and will appreciate any help or ideas what I can do.
In the moment, I'm still waiting for answer for my ex boss and need to do something...
I did a road opening and a job spell jar last week (last week of February). That was my first time, and I’m not sure if I did everything right, but it felt right to me - i do my best any. I think both stuff worked, because the next day I contacted my ex boss to ask for a recommendation, and she said she would try to find a position for me at her new company. (She is there for a couple months now)
I really want to get this job. Really. I sent my CV to her a few days ago, and today she text me that she propose me to the HR and maybe she will get a answer after her vacation- maybe end of march.
The problem is that she would need to ask HR to make a compromise for me - allow me to work remotely and also make an exception about my education. BUT, I do have experience in the same position at another company. (Ours previous employer)
What can I do right now to help the situation? Or I just need to believe and wait the universe do her job xD
Or maybe that is not the right road? I just feel so lost right now.
