Not bad for going down in a turn at sixty 😆 lil bit of a headache and a few sore spots but was able to pick her up and finish the ride minus a foot peg. Im just pissed the gopro wasnt recording when i faceplanted.
Took out the kp mini with the 300 swap for some fun yesterday and things are progressing nicely
Asked my little brother if he wanted to go for a ride and he fed me some line about "oh i gotta get my bike serviced" he bought his new i built mine from the ground up with new parts although our mechanical aptitude is similar. Its beyond me that you would sacrifice riding time and take the bike to a shop 40 minutes away to pay some dickhead to put oil in it and find other things to upcharge you on.
What are yalls thoughts? Do you service your own bike? If not whats the appeal of paying someone else to do it for you?
I'm pretty excited tonight everyone, ive been building this in the garage all winter and got to take it for its first spin tonight. Does it still need tuned? Sure. Properly routed exhuast built? Yes. New shift linkage because it fell off on the first ride? Abso-fuckin-lutely. IT RAN THOUGH!! On top of that it ripped, honestly i couldnt be happier and just wanted to share.
