23 Grand Cherokee Overland 4xE -- Underwater
I guess I've been pretty lucky, haven't had an overload of issues but I really want to ditch this vehicle, especially after they've screwed up the infotainment with App Market and Alexa icons which are now unremovable.
I've got 25,000 miles and the vehicle is pristine but when the engine runs, it sounds "raspy," not smooth at all. I can't imagine it's going to last the next 5 years without any drama. There's nearly no point in charging anymore because after the recall was performed (68), it loses battery charge rapidly overnight. The dealer says there's nothing they can do about that, naturally.
I put a whopping 30k down on this vehicle and I am still underwater by 23k, just nuts the depreciation of this vehicle. My own fault entirely for taking a chance on Stellantis.
Has anyone found a creative way to get out of the vehicle? Me thinks Im in it for the next few years until I am much less underwater or reach financial equilibrium on it, but the idea of living with this problematic vehicle is very uncomfortable. Ugh.
