I've been here since fall and it's not a huge need of mine but I haven't gotten a compliment once on my appearance/outfit/makeup etc. I'm from Southern California where genuine compliments are handed out like candy which I'm aware is a culture thing too. At my job it's kind of important that | present attractive and pretty and even there I haven't gotten one other than my coworkers. Is the culture here genuinely like that or am I perchance chopped
