DoorDash support told me to raise my acceptance rate

As the title says. Basically I called support today because my app wasn’t working and while trying to fix my app the support guy randomly says “oh your acceptance rate is 25% you need to raise this for me.” He then proceeded to question me about it and said “why is your acceptance rate so low.” I told him gas is expensive and I am not going to accept orders that pay $5 and make me drive 10+ miles and he repeated “you need to raise this acceptance rate for me that’s not a good reason you’re providing.” I literally called the person to talk about why my app wasn’t working. Is this normal? Is this something that happens to everyone? My app issue had nothing to do with orders btw if anyone is wondering.
