Can I replace RDL’s with glute focused smith machine squats?
Hi! I have a really hard time with RDL’s (I do regular deadlifts on my upper days) and I’m wondering whether I can replace them by glute focused smith machine squats.
On my glute days I do hip thrusts, RDL’s/squats (?), bulgarians, kickbacks and hip abductions.
Would squats be a good replacement to train my glutes in the lengthened position or would you recommend something else?
