I got my stitches out yesterday. These bumps are....lizard like. Do they look permanent to you? When he was done with the procedure, he took a picture and didn't acknowledge them. I got the trim and chr on the sides. So I just need someone to be honest with me. I'm freaking out, but want the truth.

I am two weeks post op - just had the stiches taken out. Tell me honestly what you think. I am worried about the bumps I have (they are all over and are they permanent??). And the assymetry is crazy to me. I really worried I was botched. The last picutre is what I originally had.
