Struggling
I am struggling with keeping a team for Shred I’ve been bouncing between Define and Embody not sure what it is but I can’t seem to settle my over goal is fat loss and body recomp any teams I could try that are good for home? I want to do about 40-45 minutes a session as I add 15 minutes of cardio x3 times a week at the end of the workouts (upper body and mobility days)
