100% P&T, only 26. What would you do ?
If you were in my position what would you do? What’s the best use of my time? Go to school? Travel? Retire overseas ? Feeling kinda lost here.

Found out 3 weeks ago I’m 100% p&t and I’m so paranoid that they’ll somehow find a way to reduce me. I had a traumatic injury in service and mountains of medical evidence but I’m still in shock and I just can’t get my head wrapped around the rating.
I know it’s highly unlikely they would lower our rating bc there are no routine future exams but I’m so anxious about it everyday. Has anyone else felt this? What did you do to relieve the anxiety? I’m thinking of going to mental health honestly through the Va bc I have these thoughts daily and I can’t shake them. I feel like my mental health has gotten worse bc of this rating and I’m more stressed than before the rating and I don’t even know how that makes sense..
I cannot believe this. I’m still in shock. I had a traumatic injury in service that left me paralyzed and when I first filed I was denied service connection. I was extremely pissed off! I was unemployed , emergency fund depleted and scared I wasn’t going to make rent for the first time in my life.
I fought and researched for hours , built my case, did HLR informal conference and received a DTA which led to another c&p exam and then granted 100% P&T.
25 years old and I have my VR&E, 100% p&t, and my gi bill still. I feel like I can finally breathe…
This is a new chapter and I’m excited for what’s next
