Hello all,

Recently I purchased a new model 77/44, specifically the wood stock with blued receiver and barrel. I love the gun, and plan on mounting a scope for more precision.

The gun came with a pair of scope rings out of the box, but I have no idea what size tube theyre made for. The only marking on the rings are a "5" in the middle of each one. Google says theyre 1in rings, but I would like a more solid answer before I order a scope in. Does anybody know what they could be?
