Currently a recruiter for an agency with 3k monthly commission advances. Been here 6 months getting close to solo deals and such, placed about 5 candidates for over 30,000$. All cold calling, creating sales pipeline from scratch. Looking for saas sales in healthcare or anything. Need a base and commission. Any advice ? Thanks
