What’s everyone thoughts on players chatting with their opponent before a match?

I’ve just seen Carter and Higgins deep in conversation and I cannot understand it, you’re about to playing against each other in the world championship and you’re having a chinwag. That’s the last thing I’d wanna do, is there any explanation behind it other than players are too friendly now?. What do you reckon?

This polish lad Kowalksi looks very settled on the biggest stage

He hits the ball so well and he’s mixing it with one of the best players of all time, fair play to him holding his own at the crucible. A testament to him that he’s able to control his emotions out there and compete with Mark Williams.

The first round games so far have been enthralling, Zhao hasn’t got going yet and is kinda fortunate to be 5-4 up but Highfield will be pleased how he grew into the match taking more risks and settling down and he should be leading in my opinion. Mark Allen is on the back foot too, he needs to get a grip on the match quickly against Zhang Anda who can run away when infront
