Registering a SaaS/company in Germany is so damn complicated!

Hey,

Hopefully you are all doing good.

I have been building a SaaS for over 5 months now and finally I came to the most exciting part (at least I thought): registering a SaaS in Germany.

What makes it (ofc) way more difficult is that I am a minor and therefore not fully „geschäftsfähig“ as Germans say. All the courts, documents and „extras“ they always require are sooooo PAINFUL 😣!

Holy smokes!

Any tips (lol)? Or anything you wanna share?

Have a great day !

I am about to quit! My SaaS is driving me crazy !

Hey guys,

I have been building my SaaS business for almost 5 months now and I am going crazy ! I have a bug that I am trying to fix for over 2 weeks now…this sucks !

I wonder how you guys all do this ? How are you building these beautiful projects ? How are you moving forward ?

If you have any TIP and/or MOTIVATION, I would appreciate it as I could need that a lot right now.

Cheers !

And all the best to you !

(Pls be kind)

To all (small) software developers, game designers,…(all of those building a digital product online) do you find it annoying to have so many different platforms and things to connect it with.

I am building something right now in Python and everything is kinda all over the place (connected there and there…).

SaaS ideas based on your pain…

What’s one repetitive or frustrating task you do in your work that you wish could be automated or simplified with a tool? I’m brainstorming SaaS ideas and would love to hear your real pain points — anything from scheduling, invoicing, reporting, or managing clients…
