Post prandial tachycardia; did exercise help?

I have post prandial tachycardia from blood pooling. Low carb, compression, small meals, meds, and laying down after meals helps a little bit but it’s still my biggest symptom. Did exercise (adapt or chop protocol or other) help your post prandial symptoms over time? I realize it probably wouldn’t help overnight but did this symptom improve with exercise? Thanks for your experience!

Is getting all my chores and activity completed in the morning and resting for the rest of the day okay?

I get up around 5 AM drink my coffee, water, electrolytes then lay down for a bit to allow the fluids to get in my system. I get my chores, errands, eating, steps or spin bike (10 minute sessions with rest breaks in between doing 1-3 sessions a day). By 11ish I’m done for the day and rest, nap, and read to allow my heart rate to come down before bed. This part is a tangent but eating is my biggest trigger so I stop eating at 11 daily. I’ve tried countless times eating later (small snacks, meals, different foods, fat/protein/carb together) and no fail my sleep is wrecked, I’m up at 2-3 AM and feel hungover from adrenaline dumps from eating.

Is it detrimental to have my routine like this? Should I break it up and not have so much down time in the afternoon? Mornings an hour after my electrolytes/before eating is my best time.

I’ve become so negative

I’ve had long covid for 3.5 years. I used to be a vibrant, happy and positive person. I’ve become negative, my world is small and I’m also so self limiting. I think it’s normal to not be in the sunshine and rainbow mindset with this illness but I’m not sure focusing on everything that is horrible and spiraling is healthy. I can’t seem to snap out of it either. The things that used to make me happy (being with friends, running, lifting weights, being outside, cooking/eating) I’m not able to do and if I do something it’s a whole ordeal with lots of rest breaks, bringing my electrolytes, a special diet, etc… so I end up just staying home. I feel like I’ve taken on this identity of a sick person and I’ve lost myself.
I read a lot and that brings me joy and I am able to walk in my backyard a bit with rest breaks.
Do y’all have any advice or thoughts? I don’t think being more positive would cure me but it may be more pleasant.

Adrenaline dumps and brain fog improving on a very high protein diet but my heart rate is still high is this a good sign?

I’m eating ~80% meat diet (started out carnivore as an elimination diet but have slowly started adding things back in). I incorporated olive oil, homemade meat stock, arugula and coconut water so far. I plan to continue to add foods little by little (next are carrots and zucchini). My daily adrenaline dumps and brain fog are gone. It’s amazing after 3 years! Food is my biggest trigger I think from abdominal pooling and maybe histamine issues hence the elimination diet. I know high protein diets work well for pots.

I’m wondering if I continue on this diet if my heart rate, hrv, and standing tolerance could improve if I’m not having daily adrenaline dumps and getting so “stressed” from gut pooling and if anyone has experience with this. Did eliminating the adrenaline dumps improve other things for you?

I’m doing 10g of sodium and other electrolytes, walking and I started using my spin bike with recommended parameters from the adapt program.
