Action needed from U.S laid off workers

I strongly urge all American workers to keep pushing their law makers, representatives and senators. The AI excuse just another cover up to move jobs to overseas, offshore and outsource. If We all work together we can make our voices heard.

Mid term elections are close by, we need to keep fighting this battle.

These are the action points:

Action items: Lets start reaching out to Representatives, Senators, to stop white collar job bleeding. We call and write to them every week, until they pass the law.

1. ⁠Impose 40% fee on outsourcing payments. Non-tax deductible.

2. ⁠Impose 15% global federal tax on offshoring.

3. ⁠Cap offshore expenses to be deducted by businesses at 5% of the total offshore expenses.

4. ⁠Impose a federal fee of 10% on revenue for American businesses if their American workforce is less than 70% of global workforce.

5. ⁠Restrict access to American personal data offshore, this should include financial, personal, medical information.

Action needed: Comment on new H1B wages rule

Good Morning all, I am requesting all Americans to comment on the new H1B wage rule that DOL has submitted for commenting.
It does not stop the h1B visa abuse, but it’s one small step in the right direction.

So I urgent all fellow workers to comment as much as possible, acknowledge the rule and request to make minimum H1B starting wage to 50th percentile, add a 15% tax on businesses for each non-immigrant hire payable along with payroll taxes (non-tax deductible), impose a 40% fee (non-tax deductible) on outsourcing payments, end OPT STEM OPT program.

We need to utilize every single venue and opportunity.
