When I went to purchase the Thermal Suite package add-on thru the app (my stateroom is not Aqua Class) for my upcoming greek isles cruise, I was surprised to see that booking the package requires choosing one daily time slot to use the thermal suite. There is only the option of choosing the same entry time for every day of my 7-day cruise.

I called Celebrity and the agent I spoke with confirmed this- but this doesn’t sound accurate to me. If I choose, say 1:00pm- what happens on excursion port days? Am I not allowed to use the thermal suite on days when I’m off the shop at 1:00pm? Nothing I see or read online explains this so I wanted to confirm this restrictive booking requirement is accurate. Does anyone have experience with tjis?
