scenario 1: Michael is right. he really is in his best shape. well then this allows us to make all sorts of comparisons invoking pushkar, Denis, Dave, trubin. it properlly allows us to rank these ppl.

scenario 2. it reveals that Michael is in fact…drum roll please…not as good as he was during the 2017-2019 michael dawn of the beard new. look. this will allow us to properly evaluate ppl like vitaly and ermes. but again allow us to evaluate pushkar, trubin, Denis etc etc.

this match essentially makes ranking his opponents and opponents of his opponents after of the last few years far easier.
