▶️ Players and coaching staff cannot leave the team hotel without clearance from designated security liaison officers.
▶️ Wearing accreditation cards all time for players, support staff and officials at stadium, team hotel and practice sessions.
▶️ Owners to refrain from communicating with players or managers in the dugout during match time.
Today I had a normal quiet moment with no phone, no rushing, no pressure, and it felt weirdly nice.
It made me think that we usually wait for big achievements to feel happy, but sometimes the best feeling is just having a calm few minutes.
What small ordinary thing makes your day better?
I am missing those bengaluru days currently studying in a different state, missing those basavngudi and jaynagar roads and that flyover rice center 😢
I joined a local gym last year and did a 12-week programme. As part of it, they took progress photos. I assumed they were just for tracking my progress.
I cancelled my membership a few months ago, but a friend has just sent me a screenshot of the gym using my photos in an Instagram ad. My face is visible, and the caption suggests I’m still a client there.
I don’t remember signing anything that allowed marketing use, though I may have signed a general membership form.
Can I ask them to remove the posts/ads? Is this a data protection issue, or more of a consent/image rights issue? What should I say in writing?
