well I've been using the xm5 for more than 1.5 year now, but recently (around 6 months) the right cup suddenly started making buzzing sound when I am ANC, I've read that the moisture is building up in the cub so started then When it is buzzing I open it up, dry it overnight and the problem goes away, but for 3 weeks I've been using it for more than 12 hours daily and the problem happens more often so I came up with this plan (with assistanse of gemini 😅)

two plastic bags vaccumed of air, silica gel and let it rest for 24-48 hours
