hi everyone! it’s my birthday month, but i haven’t gotten a birthday 20% coupon from miniso in my email or through the miniso rewards website… does anyone know how to fix this or know if the employees will still apply the 20% if i show them an ID?

i’ve tried contacting two customer service emails that i found online and haven’t heard back… not sure what to do.
