Need help Power Supply JVC HR-DVS1EU

Hello folks,

i found some old minidv tapes and have this old minidv/svhs device which is not coming up.

What i know:

- only +5v and -5v are missing on my connector
- +12V and -12V are present
- a lot signals are jumping and the power supply is clicking like it is restarting every second
- no shorts on 5V lines
- all mosfets in good condition

What i have done so far:

- all Elkos are changed to (as available) low esr and 105•C.
- cutting 5V line by extracting the diode next the trafo output gives me only 0.2a AC output
- all CP connections (seems to work like fuses) are good

What i do not know:

- usually i work with max. 20V on smartphones or laptops, so i am not familiar with AC power and everything above 30V
- everytime i unplug the power supply after a test i use a tool to „empty“ the load of 320V on the primary big cap

Schematics are available in this link:

Thank you for any help

Hilfe bei der Reparatur eines Netzteils JVC HR DVS1EU

Guten Abend,
