The legendary success of Winters and the men of Easy Company helped prevent the Germans from taking the Heteren, Netherlands area and helped secure British control in that region. In the visuals, I tried to capture photos of the memorial at the location where the event happened using Google Earth, but honestly, it didn’t turn out very well.
