Can ADC have active items?
Why does no marksman item (except quicksilver) has an active? are we not skilled enough to press a button? Other roles have slow, aoe attack, dash, target slow, stasis, shield (and lets not include support items) what we get? Remove cc which is a very situational item.
Don't get me wrong, the passives are strong, but most are not fun.. Maybe a dash or a shield, or trade crit % for dmg reduction% for 3 seconds idk..
