>About Quasar SMP:
Quasar SMP is a private whitelisted SMP focused around a unique server concept while staying true to Vanilla principles.
4 teams fight for control of the server by building and defending fortresses, while attacking and raiding their opponents.
Quasar uses a custom claims plugin to keep your bases and builds safe, except 3 times a week, where claim protections fall for 2 hours and teams can attempt to break into each other's defensive strongholds.
Raiders are given mining fatigue and explosions are disabled. Raiding becomes an involved team effort and gives teams a chance to defend their homes and fight back. No more logging on to your base being completely destroyed, you have the power to defend and protect your builds. The ultimate goal of a raid is to find and deactivate the base's core, **The Quasar**. Doing so unlocks chests and other containers to the raiding team and leaves the base vulnerable, so defend it well!
If you enjoy building, don't worry, Quasar has strict rules regarding unnecessary griefing. Your builds won't be defaced and any damage done will be quickly repairable.
We already have a dedicated community of friends ready to grind and be part of this server, and we want you to come join us!

- Datapacks - Fast Leaf Decay, Player Head Drops, Mini Blocks (use stonecutter)
- We are very strict when it comes to cheating as we find it ruins the game for everyone else. The server is fitted with anticheating measures to make sure our players are all on an even playing field.
