There was a cap on the line. If premium VIP attendees rushed and filled it first, anyone needing ADA support who arrived later (because of being unable to run or sprint) was turned away. Lines were taken over by premium members, and once the cap was reached, ADA attendees were denied access even if they could not stand for long or safely move through crowds. How is that acceptable?
